My Approach

Coaching that honors your nervous system, your autonomy, and your lived experience.

My approach is rooted in a simple belief: You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a human with a nervous system, a history, and a set of patterns that make perfect sense once someone finally listens closely enough.

Coaching with me is not about pushing harder, forcing consistency, or trying to become a more "optimized" version of yourself. It's about creating a relationship and a rhythm that works with your brain — not against it. This is support that meets you where you are, honors your capacity, and helps you build a life that feels more possible.

Nervous-System-Aware

A Nervous-System-Aware Foundation

Your nervous system sets the pace — not the calendar, not the task list, not the expectations you've carried for years. In our work together, we pay close attention to what feels possible and what feels overwhelming, to what your body is signaling and what your energy is doing, and to what your patterns are trying to protect.

This isn't about "mindset." It's about physiology, safety, and capacity. When your nervous system feels supported, everything else becomes more doable.

Neurodiversity-Affirming

Neurodiversity-Affirming, Always

You don't have to mask here. You don't have to explain your wiring or apologize for your capacity. My work is grounded in ADHD-affirming and autistic-affirming practice, PDA-aware approaches, trauma-informed care, and strengths-forward coaching — all held within a framework of shame-free structure.

I don't ask you to be more consistent, more disciplined, or more "together." I help you understand your patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build systems that actually fit your brain.

Autonomy

Autonomy Is Central

Many people — especially those who are neurodivergent or PDA — have lived their whole lives under pressure: pressure to perform, to comply, to be "easy," to keep up, to not need support. In this space, autonomy isn't optional — it's essential. You choose the pace, the focus, the structure, the level of support, and the way we work together.

When you feel choice, you feel safety. When you feel safety, you feel possibility.

Shame-Free Support

Shame-Free, Pressure-Free Support

Shame shuts down executive function. Pressure collapses capacity. Demands trigger overwhelm. So we don't use them. Instead, we use curiosity, compassion, and co-regulation. We use gentle structure, collaborative problem-solving, micro-steps that feel doable, and pacing that respects your energy.

You don't have to "get it right." You don't have to be consistent. You just have to show up as you are.

Practical Tools

Practical, Grounded, Real-Life Tools

This isn't theoretical coaching. It's deeply practical — rooted in executive function support, capacity-based planning, and burnout recovery. We work with sensory and nervous system awareness, task initiation strategies, sustainable routines, environmental design, communication scaffolding, and emotional regulation tools.

We build systems for your real life — not your imagined ideal self.

In Practice

What This Looks Like in Practice

In sessions, you can expect a warm, grounded space built on gentle questions, clear reflection, and collaborative problem-solving — all paced to match your energy. Between sessions, you'll have optional check-ins, flexible accountability, support that adapts to your capacity, and tools you can use right away.

This is coaching that feels like exhaling — not performing.

If you want to see how this translates into real sessions:

Wherever you are in your process, you're welcome here.

You deserve support that honors your nervous system, your energy, and the way your brain actually works.
