HOW SESSIONS WORK

Here's what a session actually looks like.

Before Your Session

You don't have to do anything special to prepare. But if it helps, you might ask yourself: What's on my mind right now? What do I want to focus on today? If you have a lot going on and can't think of anything specific, that's okay too. We'll figure it out together.

During Your Session

We'll start by checking in — how are you, what's alive for you today, what feels most important to focus on. Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. We might explore a challenge, celebrate something that went well, work through a decision, or just think out loud. Sometimes sessions feel energizing and clear. Sometimes they feel a little tangled — and that's okay. The tangles are often where the good stuff is hiding.

After Your Session

You might feel energized, reflective, or a little tired — all of that is normal. Some people like to jot down notes while things are fresh. Others prefer to just let it settle. Between sessions, there's no pressure to 'do' anything specific — though if you want to, we can create some gentle experiments or next steps together.

Most clients meet bi-weekly (every two weeks), though we can adjust based on what works best for your life, your capacity, and your goals. There's no one-size-fits-all schedule here — we'll figure it out together.
