What is this?

Neurodiversity coaching is a specialised form of life and executive function coaching designed for people who are neurodivergent — including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurological differences. It's grounded in the understanding that different brains work differently, and that the goal is not to 'fix' you but to help you build a life that works with your brain, not against it.

Coaching is for anyone — teens and adults alike — who is ready to explore, grow, and make changes in their life. You might be neurodivergent, questioning whether you are, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for support in building a life that feels more like yours. Whatever brought you here, you're welcome. No diagnosis, no label, and no specific starting point required.

No — and you don't need to identify as neurodivergent, either. Some of my clients have formal diagnoses, some are exploring the possibility, and some simply want support in building a life that works better for them. A diagnosis can be one meaningful piece of a continual process of building self-knowledge, but it's only one piece. What matters most is that you're curious about how you work and open to growing from there.

Coaching focuses on forward movement — it starts from the assumption that you are whole and capable right now, and works with you to clarify what you want and build toward it. It's a collaborative process that helps you understand patterns, build systems, and create change. It's not therapy — I don't diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or provide clinical support. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach, and find the two complement each other beautifully. If you're in active crisis or need clinical mental health support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or crisis line.

How does it work?

Each session is a conversation — focused, purposeful, and led by what matters most to you that day. We might explore a challenge you're facing, work through a decision, build a strategy, or simply create space to think out loud. Sessions are 50–60 minutes and available via video call, phone, or in-person.

That depends entirely on what you're working toward. Some people find significant value in just a few sessions. Others work with a coach for months or years. I recommend starting with a 3-month commitment (9 sessions) to give the work enough time to build real momentum — but single sessions are also available if you want to try before committing.

Change in coaching doesn't come from being told what to do — it comes from building awareness, naming what matters, and taking action that's connected to who you are and who you're becoming. A big part of the process happens between sessions, where you try things out in your real life and notice what happens — like a curious observer rather than a harsh critic. What worked? What didn't? What surprised you? Those observations become the starting point for our next conversation. We build on what you learn, adjust what isn't working, and keep moving forward. Some sessions will feel like breakthroughs. Others will feel like planting seeds. Both are part of the process of building a fulfilling and rewarding life.

In coaching, effective action isn't about doing more — it's about doing what matters. The best actions are specific enough that we both know what success looks like, relevant to your bigger vision for a fulfilling and rewarding life, and engaging enough to tap into your values, strengths, and interests. When action connects to who you are — not just what you think you should do — it's easier to follow through, and the results feel more like yours.

The best way to figure this out is through a free consultation. We can talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and what kind of support would fit best. We'll find the one that fits where you are right now.

Getting started

A discovery call is a relaxed 30-minute conversation where we get to know each other. You can ask me anything about coaching, my approach, or how we might work together. I'll ask a few questions about what's bringing you to coaching — and we'll both get a sense of whether we're a good fit.

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll talk about what's going on, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels right.

Practical logistics

Sessions are available via video call (Zoom or similar), phone, or in-person. We'll find a format that works best for you — your schedule, your preferences, and how you do your best thinking.

Cost & access

I offer sliding scale pricing for all packages. If the listed price isn't accessible for you, reach out — I'd rather find a way to make it work than have cost be the barrier. Payment plans are also available.

Yes! I work with clients online, which means I can support people anywhere. We'll work out a time that fits across time zones.

Specific needs

Yes. I'm PDA-aware and use autonomy-honoring, demand-reduced approaches. If you have a PDA profile, you'll find that coaching here is genuinely different. We work collaboratively, at your pace, in a way that respects your autonomy.

That's often exactly when people come to coaching. We work with your capacity, not against it. Sessions can be shorter, lighter, or more spacious depending on what you need. You don't have to arrive 'ready' — you just have to arrive.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, let me know as soon as you can. I ask for 24 hours notice when possible, but I know that life — especially neurodivergent life — doesn't always cooperate. We'll work it out.

Many people have had support that felt shaming, prescriptive, or just didn't fit. My approach is collaborative and paced to your nervous system. Bring those experiences to our consultation — I'd like to hear what felt wrong and what you'd want to be different.

Confidentiality

Yes. What we discuss in sessions is confidential. I follow ICF ethical guidelines around confidentiality. The only exceptions are standard safety exceptions (if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others).
