Credentials

Training, experience, and a career spent helping people grow.

Here's the professional foundation behind my coaching — the training, certifications, and career experience that shape how I work.

I bring 25+ years of professional experience across education, change management, and neurodiversity coaching. Below you'll find my certifications, specialized training, and the career path that led me here.

Credentials & Background

25+ years of helping people grow.

My path to coaching was shaped by a career in learning, change, and organisational design — and by my own experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman navigating systems that weren't built for me.

Career Experience
Education & Teaching

A foundation in education, learning, and human development

Before I became a coach, I spent years in classrooms and community spaces — teaching, designing curriculum, and supporting students with a wide range of learning profiles.

Those years taught me:

  • how to listen beneath the surface
  • how to adapt in real time
  • how to create safety for people who've never had it
  • how to break down complex things into something doable
  • how to see strengths that others overlook

I learned that people thrive when they're understood — not managed.

Neurodiversity Training

Advanced training in neurodiversity and executive function

I completed the ICF-accredited Certified Neurodiversity Coach Training Program (88 ACSTH), along with 25+ hours of ADHD-specific training and ongoing professional development in:

  • executive function
  • burnout and capacity
  • nervous-system regulation
  • trauma-informed practice
  • neurodivergent leader coaching
  • PDA-affirming support
  • shame-free coaching
  • collaborative, autonomy-honoring approaches

This training gave me the language and frameworks to support what I had already been doing intuitively: helping people understand their patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build systems that fit their brains.

Change Management

Experience in change management and People Ops

As a Senior Change Manager at Meta, I worked on: AI adoption, People Operations, communication strategy, organizational behavior, and human-centered change.

What I learned there is something I bring into every coaching session:

People don't resist change — they resist being pushed, rushed, or misunderstood. Real change happens when people feel safe, supported, and in control of their own process.

Lived Experience

Lived experience that informs everything

I'm a neurodivergent adult and a parent of neurodivergent kids. I've lived the cycles of burnout, masking, overwhelm, executive dysfunction, "almost" keeping up, and trying harder than anyone realizes.

I've also lived the relief of finally having support that fits.

My lived experience doesn't replace training — but it makes the training land in a deeper, more attuned way. It helps me meet you with compassion instead of judgment, curiosity instead of assumptions, and flexibility instead of pressure.

How This Shapes My Coaching

How all of this shapes my coaching

My background allows me to offer support that is:

grounded in evidence
shaped by real-world experience
informed by nervous-system science
deeply human
flexible and adaptive
collaborative, not prescriptive
warm, attuned, and unshaming

I don't coach from a script. I coach from a place of understanding — of how brains work, how systems fail people, and how much is possible when someone finally feels seen.

Credentials matter. But what matters more is how they help me support you — with clarity, compassion, and a deep respect for your autonomy and capacity.

You don't have to be "more ready" or "more together" to begin. You just need a space where your nervous system can soften. You're welcome here.

Wherever you are in your process, you're welcome here.

You deserve support that honors your nervous system, your energy, and the way your brain actually works.
