I bring 25+ years of professional experience across education, change management, and neurodiversity coaching. Below you'll find my certifications, specialized training, and the career path that led me here.
Before I became a coach, I spent years in classrooms and community spaces — teaching, designing curriculum, and supporting students with a wide range of learning profiles.
Those years taught me:
I learned that people thrive when they're understood — not managed.
I'm a neurodivergent adult and a parent of neurodivergent kids. I've lived the cycles of burnout, masking, overwhelm, executive dysfunction, "almost" keeping up, and trying harder than anyone realizes.
I've also lived the relief of finally having support that fits.
My lived experience doesn't replace training — but it makes the training land in a deeper, more attuned way. It helps me meet you with compassion instead of judgment, curiosity instead of assumptions, and flexibility instead of pressure.
My background allows me to offer support that is:
I don't coach from a script. I coach from a place of understanding — of how brains work, how systems fail people, and how much is possible when someone finally feels seen.
Credentials matter. But what matters more is how they help me support you — with clarity, compassion, and a deep respect for your autonomy and capacity.
You don't have to be "more ready" or "more together" to begin. You just need a space where your nervous system can soften. You're welcome here.
